Ms. Vaishali Agrawal is a Research Scholar at Singhania University, Rajasthan, currently pursuing her doctoral studies with research focused on the impact of the work environment on work-life balance. She qualified UGC NET JRF in 2019 with an outstanding percentile of 99.8, reflecting her strong academic foundation in commerce and business studies. Her academic interests include accounting, business administration, workplace dynamics, and organizational behavior.
