Ms. Neetu Mishra is an innovative Assistant Professor with proven success in implementing technology-based curriculum delivery and assessment tools and a strong commitment to fostering academic development and student success. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior, with a research focus on entrepreneurship development among tribes in Madhya Pradesh, examining the role of government and non-government organizations. Her research interests include strengthening tribal entrepreneurship, enhancing livelihood security, and fostering inclusive development while respecting the cultural integrity of tribal societies. Methodologically, she works with meta-analysis, quantitative analysis (Smart PLS), structural equation modelling, data envelopment analysis, and citation/co-citation/bibliometric analysis using tools such as VOSviewer.

Neetu has authored and co-authored multiple SCOPUS-indexed journal articles and book chapters in Q1 and Q2 outlets, covering themes such as corporate governance and green innovation, digital agriculture, sustainable tribal development, metaverse and sustainability, human resource interventions for tribal communities, and strategic bargaining in international oil markets. She also contributes to emerging work on tourism-led tribal entrepreneurship, organisational agility in rural SMEs, and sustainable tribal entrepreneurship.

Her teaching experience includes serving as a visiting faculty member (Assistant Professor) at Bansal Institute of Science and Technology, where she delivered lectures and contributed to academic activities. She brings prior corporate human resources experience as an HR Executive and HR Assistant Manager, with responsibilities spanning recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance support, training and development programs, and HR record management. She has experience with NAAC documentation, NEP documentation and registration processes, MPPURC work, examination processes, and coordinating international conferences.

Her core skills include student engagement, public speaking, student research guidance, training and development, curriculum development, and active participation in academic meetings and seminars. She has participated in conferences and academic events at prominent institutes including IIM Nagpur, IIT Kharagpur, Jaipuria Institute (Jaipur), Vedatya Institute, Amity University, Daily College of Business Management (Indore), Palamuru University (Telangana), and various national seminars.
