Akash Saha is a Forensic Scientific Assistant currently serving at the State Forensic Science Laboratory, Jaipur, in the Forensic Physics Division. He completed his integrated B.Sc.–M.Sc. in Forensic Science from the National Forensic Sciences University with a CGPA of 8.46 and qualified UGC NET in June 2025 on his first attempt.

He has extensive practical experience across multiple forensic divisions including Physics, Ballistics, Toxicology, and Fingerprint Analysis, having handled cases related to voice analysis, ballistics comparison, fingerprint development, forgery detection, toxicology, and crime scene investigations. He has worked with advanced forensic instruments such as EDX, GC-MS, UHPLC, ICP-OES, Comparison Microscope, RT-PCR, and NAFIS software for fingerprint analysis.

Actively engaged in academic and research activities, he has presented research papers at national and international conferences in forensic science and related domains. With a strong interest in the intersection of science and justice, he is committed to applying scientific rigor, analytical precision, and ethical responsibility in strengthening forensic investigations and supporting the integrity of the legal system.
