Prof. (Dr.) Renu Malaviya is a senior academician with over four decades of distinguished service in higher education. She has most recently served as Professor and Dean, Faculty of Behavioural Sciences at SGT University, Gurugram, and retired as Professor and Head, Department of Education, Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. Her academic and professional contributions span Educational and Developmental Psychology, Child Development, Pedagogy and Andragogy, Special and Inclusive Education, and Behavioural Sciences. She has demonstrated extensive leadership in academic administration, curriculum development, faculty capacity building, and student welfare. Prof. (Dr.) Renu Malaviya is a senior academic, counselling psychologist, and education leader with over four decades of experience spanning higher education, behavioural sciences, developmental and educational psychology, special and inclusive education, and academic governance. She has served as Professor and Dean, Faculty of Behavioural Sciences at SGT University and retired as Professor and Head, Department of Education, Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, while also holding leadership and mentoring roles as Director, Senior Counselling Psychologist, and Academic Mentor at Parikrama – A Ray of Hope and as a Governing Body Member of DLF QEC Schools. Her professional engagements include extensive contributions as an Expert and Resource Person with national bodies such as HRDC–The Delhi Public School Society, CBSE, NCERT, Rehabilitation Council of India, FDRC–Army Welfare Education Society, and numerous schools, colleges, and universities.
