She has served as Professor and Dean, Faculty of Behavioural Sciences at SGT University and retired as Professor and Head, Department of Education, Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, while also holding leadership and mentoring roles as Director, Senior Counselling Psychologist, and Academic Mentor at Parikrama – A Ray of Hope and as a Governing Body Member of DLF QEC Schools.
