Ms.RiyaSengar is a dedicated professional in the field of microbiology with hands-on experience in laboratory practices, teaching, and applied research. She currently serves as a Lab Technician in the School of Sciences at ITM University, Gwalior, where she also delivers lectures and practical sessions in Food Chemistry for postgraduate students. Her research expertise lies in the isolation and characterization of salt-tolerant plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria, particularly from chickpea root nodules, with a focus on enhancing plant growth under saline conditions.

She has industrial training experience in microbiology at Tropilite Foods Pvt. Ltd. and short-term training in forensic science and medical microbiology. She has also contributed research publications in the areas of bioactive secondary metabolites from endophytic fungi and green synthesis of nanoparticles.

Ms.Sengar has received recognition for her academic performance, including a Silver Medal in M.Sc. Microbiology, and has actively presented her work at national and international conferences. She brings strong skills in microbial research, molecular biology, biochemical assays, microscopy, sterilization process management, and laboratory documentation, complemented by academic writing, scientific illustration, and data analysis.
