Note:

IMPARC’s goal is to support ethical research, build academic connections, and enhance member visibility. These benefits are curated to ensure fairness while recognizing the efforts of genuine researchers.

Nature of Engagement

  1. By registering as a mentor under IMPARC, you agree to contribute voluntarily to academic and research activities.
  2. Your participation as a Speaker, Trainer, Editor, Reviewer, Panelist, Moderator, Convener, Evaluator, or Collaborator will be treated as academic contribution, not as a formal employment.
  3. Engagements may be voluntary or honorarium-based, depending on the nature of the event and the discretion of the organizing knowledge partner or IMPARC itself.
  4. Any honorarium offered shall be considered a token of appreciation and not a contractual employment or consultancy agreement.

Compatibility with Government/Institutional Employment

  1. IMPARC acknowledges that many mentors are faculty members, researchers, or government employees, bound by service rules and employment contracts.
  2. Participation in IMPARC academic events will be treated as a voluntary and academic engagement.
  3. In case an honorarium is offered, mentors must ensure that such participation does not violate the terms of their current employment or service rules.
  4. It is the mentor’s responsibility to verify and comply with institutional or government regulations concerning external academic engagements.

Professional SME Mentor Engagement (MentorsGate Platform)

  1. 1-on-1 engagements with students and scholars (for mentoring, project guidance, or consultation) are only applicable to mentors registered under the “Professional SME Mentor” category.
  2. Such professional engagements will be facilitated through the MentorsGate platform under a separate agreement and consent-based model.
  3. Mentors will be given complete information regarding the terms, revenue sharing, and usage policies of MentorsGate before activation of their professional profile.
  4. Separate terms and conditions, code of conduct, and privacy policies shall be applicable for MentorsGate, and will be made available at www.mentorsgate.com upon activation.

  2. Any references, endorsements, or promotions by IMPARC of mentors or their profiles are for visibility and academic outreach purposes only.

Intellectual Property and Use of Content

  1. Mentors may be invited to contribute content (articles, lectures, presentations, reviews, etc.).
