Dr. Sheenu Jain is a senior academician, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized master trainer with nearly two decades of experience spanning academia, government capacity building, entrepreneurship education, innovation management, and leadership development. She currently serves as Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at LNMIIT, Jaipur, and leads the LNMIIT Centre for Entrepreneurship. She is also the Founder & Chief Innovator at Skairos. Her professional journey includes senior academic leadership roles at LNMIIT and IIHMR University, Jaipur, where she served as Associate Professor of Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Chair of Marketing & Communications, and Chair of the Centre for Innovation, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship (CIIE). She has also been a long-serving faculty member at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, and earlier headed the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at IIM Calcutta. Dr. Jain has extensive experience designing and delivering large-scale national and state-level training programs for government ministries, PSUs, academic institutions, security forces, and international agencies. She has worked closely with ministries such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of MSME, Ministry of DONER, AICTE, and several state governments, training senior officials, IAS officers, administrative cadres, uniformed personnel, faculty leaders, and startup founders. Her academic credentials include a PhD in Green Marketing, along with MBA, MCom, and MSc (Applied Psychology) degrees. She has received advanced certifications in entrepreneurship education, mentoring, and training from ISB Hyderabad and the National Entrepreneurship Network, and was selected by Goldman Sachs and London Business School for the “10,000 Women Entrepreneurs” initiative. An award-winning innovator, her venture “Sochnapreneurs” was among the global winners of the World Bank–CES Global Tech Challenge 2020. Dr. Jain has authored over 40 research papers, more than 15 international case studies, and four edited books, and is a regular contributor to leading national publications. Her work reflects a strong integration of behavioural science, leadership frameworks, design thinking, and experiential learning methodologies for public-sector and institutional transformation.
