Dr. Richa Kumar is an accomplished educationist, academic leader, curriculum designer, and counsellor with over 20 years of experience in teaching, training, academic administration, curriculum development, and counselling. She has served as Academic Director / Principal at Sanskruti World School, Junior & Degree College, Boisar, Palghar, and is a recognized CBSE Resource Person as well as a Resource Person for NCERT and leading educational publishers.
She holds a Ph.D., Master’s degrees in Political Science, Psychotherapy & Counselling, Education Administration, along with a B.Ed. Her work reflects a strong integration of pedagogy, psychology, life skills education, value-based learning, and institutional leadership. She has actively contributed to curriculum design, content development, school administration, teacher training, parent engagement, and learner intervention systems.
Dr. Kumar has designed and implemented innovative programs such as Perceptual Motor Skill Development (PMSD), Happiness Curriculum, Life Skills Programs, STEAM Labs, ABLE Worksheets, and baseline assessment systems to identify learning gaps and plan interventions. She has also conceptualized and executed large-scale school engagement initiatives, community partnerships, and learner-centric events.
She is an author, editor, trainer, and speaker who has written books, book chapters, research papers, newsletters, articles, and blogs. Her contributions extend to teacher training, parenting workshops, counselling, and national and international speaking engagements.
