Dr. Praveen Kumar Pandey is an accomplished academic, researcher, and post-doctoral fellow with extensive experience in marketing, business analytics, service marketing, AI-enabled consumer behavior, HR analytics, and digital transformation. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) Researcher at Manipal University, Jaipur, and is also pursuing a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Lincoln University College, Malaysia.
He has served as an Assistant Professor at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth and New Delhi Institute of Management, where he undertook significant academic leadership roles including IQAC Member and Coordinator, PhD Coordinator, Scheme and Syllabus Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, MOOC Coordinator, and Deputy Head of the Innovation in Management Centre (Centre of Excellence).
