Dr. Manoj Narwariya is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and currently serves as Dean (Research and Development) at IPS College of Technology & Management, Gwalior. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience along with over 3 years of industrial experience.
His research work focuses on areas such as finite element method (FEM), materials engineering, manufacturing systems, vibration and harmonic analysis of composite structures, and mechanical design. He has contributed extensively to academic research through journal publications, book chapters, and conference papers.
Dr. Narwariya has supervised numerous M.Tech research theses and actively contributes to the academic community through research mentorship, conference organization, and reviewing research papers for international journals. He has organized several international conferences, faculty development programs, and technical workshops to promote research and innovation in engineering education.
He is also involved in institutional coordination activities with bodies such as AICTE, RGPV, NIRF, AISHE, and AFRC and plays a significant role in promoting research culture among faculty and students.
