Dr. Hiren Mehta is an Associate Professor with academic and administrative experience across undergraduate and postgraduate management programs. He holds a Ph.D. in Micro Finance from Gujarat Technical University and has completed an MBA in Finance, a BBA in Marketing, and a diploma in Business Entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. He is also certified as a National Trainer by JCI India. Dr. Mehta has served in multiple academic roles including Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Head of Department (B.Com), In-charge Principal (BBA), and Associate Professor (MBA). His teaching approach emphasizes innovative instruction methods, student engagement, academic counseling, and technology-enabled learning. He has contributed to curriculum delivery, lesson planning, student project supervision, and academic administration. His research interests and publications focus on microfinance, women empowerment, entrepreneurship, finance, and the use of digital tools in virtual learning environments. Dr. Mehta has published research papers in UGC-CARE–listed and peer-reviewed journals and has co-edited an academic book on business environment studies. He is actively involved in academic events, conferences, and community-oriented educational initiatives.
